  • Express Delivery: Within 48 hours

Delivery timelines may vary based on:

3. Serviceable Areas

We currently deliver across India.

However:

  • Remote or rural areas may experience delays
  • Certain pin codes may not be serviceable

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

Final shipping charges are displayed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

7. Failed Delivery & RTO (Return to Origin)

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept order

The order may be returned to us (RTO).

  • Re-delivery charges may apply
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping costs

8. Damaged / Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery, OR
  • Record an unboxing video

To claim:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share proof (video/images)

Claims without proof may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partners
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions

  • Users must provide accurate delivery details
  • We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect information
