At EKOJ Mart, operated by EKOJ PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the process for returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Return / Replacement Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if the product is:

  • Incorrect
  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Missing items / incomplete order

Time Window:

  • Return/Replacement request: Within 7 days of delivery
  • Damaged/Missing item report: Within 2 days of delivery

2. How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return or replacement:

  • Email us at support@ekojmart.com
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Issue description
    • Photos/videos (mandatory for damage claims)

3. Request Review

  • Requests are reviewed within 2 working days
  • Approval is subject to verification and eligibility

4. Reverse Pickup

  • Approved requests will include reverse pickup arranged by us
  • Self-shipping is not required, unless instructed

5. Inspection & Resolution

After receiving the product:

  • It will undergo a quality inspection

Based on results, we will provide:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund

6. Replacement & Exchange Policy

  • Replacement is processed after successful inspection
  • If item is unavailable:
    • Full refund OR
    • Alternative product option

Timeline:

  • Dispatch: 2–3 business days after approval
  • Delivery: 3–5 business days

7. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Timeline:

  • Cancelled orders: 3–5 business days
  • Returned orders: After inspection (3–5 business days)

Note: Bank/payment gateway may take additional time.


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

9. Partial Returns

  • Items from a multi-product order can be returned individually
  • Must meet eligibility criteria

10. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used, worn, or damaged by customer
  • Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
  • Request is raised after allowed timeframe
  • Product is returned in a different condition

11. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Personal use items (if opened)
  • Items marked as “Non-returnable”
  • Discounted or clearance items (if specified)

12. Refund Deductions

  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable
  • Reverse logistics cost may be deducted (in certain cases)

13. Failed Delivery / RTO

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept

  • Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges
  • Re-shipping charges may apply

14. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject suspicious claims
  • Deny returns in case of abuse of policy
