At EKOJ Mart, operated by EKOJ PRIVATE LIMITED, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the process for returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Return / Replacement Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if the product is:
- Incorrect
- Defective
- Damaged
- Missing items / incomplete order
Time Window:
- Return/Replacement request: Within 7 days of delivery
- Damaged/Missing item report: Within 2 days of delivery
2. How to Raise a Request
To initiate a return or replacement:
- Email us at support@ekojmart.com
- Share:
- Order ID
- Issue description
- Photos/videos (mandatory for damage claims)
3. Request Review
- Requests are reviewed within 2 working days
- Approval is subject to verification and eligibility
4. Reverse Pickup
- Approved requests will include reverse pickup arranged by us
- Self-shipping is not required, unless instructed
5. Inspection & Resolution
After receiving the product:
- It will undergo a quality inspection
Based on results, we will provide:
- Replacement
- Exchange
- Refund
6. Replacement & Exchange Policy
- Replacement is processed after successful inspection
- If item is unavailable:
- Full refund OR
- Alternative product option
Timeline:
- Dispatch: 2–3 business days after approval
- Delivery: 3–5 business days
7. Refund Policy
Prepaid Orders:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Timeline:
- Cancelled orders: 3–5 business days
- Returned orders: After inspection (3–5 business days)
Note: Bank/payment gateway may take additional time.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
9. Partial Returns
- Items from a multi-product order can be returned individually
- Must meet eligibility criteria
10. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will NOT be accepted if:
- Product is used, worn, or damaged by customer
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
- Request is raised after allowed timeframe
- Product is returned in a different condition
11. Non-Returnable Items
The following may not be eligible for return:
- Personal use items (if opened)
- Items marked as “Non-returnable”
- Discounted or clearance items (if specified)
12. Refund Deductions
- Shipping charges may be non-refundable
- Reverse logistics cost may be deducted (in certain cases)
13. Failed Delivery / RTO
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Refusal to accept

- Refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges
- Re-shipping charges may apply
14. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Reject suspicious claims
- Deny returns in case of abuse of policy
